On Wednesday, November 16, the Center hosted the 4th day of Companies for Employment. This event was a reunion with the El Prat companies that actively participate in the training and activation programs for the occupation of the Economic Development Area, given that it had not been possible to hold it for two years. For this reason, in this edition, the companies that have collaborated in the area's programs between 2020 and 2022 were recognized, a total of 198.

The conference provided data that shows the success of collaboration between companies and the administration in promoting employment and training. 1,042 people have received training, the FOAP 22 program has had 327 students, the SEFED with 90, the SEFED Umbral with 30 and the Singulars with 45, 83 companies have benefited from hiring subsidies and have generated 170 contracts and 351 Companies have made use of the Job Board with 808 offers and 1,372 jobs.

After the welcome from the mayor, Lluís Mijoler, the Speaktacular company gave a dynamic performance that invited people to reflect on how to face the changes and that enlivened the day, provoking laughter from the audience. Immediately afterwards, the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development, Juan Carlos Moreno, addressed the companies to thank them for their work and their fundamental role in the creation of quality employment. Finally, he took the closing photo with all the recognized companies and an aperitif that served as a networking space.
